We know there’s been a lot of discussion around regeneration and what it might mean for Kytes Drive.

Right now, we are still in early planning stages and are negotiating the Section 106 agreement with Watford Borough Council.
 

As confirmed during recent visits by Patrick, our Director of land and regeneration and Graham, our Regional Head of Housing Services, no works or rehousing of residents in Phase 1 will take place for at least the next 12 months.

 

This commitment remains in place and we will share any new information with you as soon as it becomes available.
